From Naples to Your Neighbourhood
'FairnessRegistry' started from a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Paris. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza restaurant was once a quaint, family-owned business with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, our initiator, mastered the craft of pizza creation while journeying across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples – the homeland of pizza. Once back in the UK, she had a goal to replicate the magic of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored techniques and sourcing the finest materials.
What began as a small-scale pizzeria with just 12 seats has now transformed into a cherished fixture of the community, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness remains unchanged. We continue to employ classical wood-burning oven methods, prepare our dough daily, and seek out the best quality ingredients available.
To this day, 'FairnessRegistry' is still in the hands of the Rossi lineage, with the second generation taking the helm of our devoted crew. As we have adopted new innovations, the essence of our enterprise remains steady: to craft appetizing, genuine pizza that unites folks.
